May the Lord repay you for what you have done. May you be richly rewarded by the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge.
From Ruth, one of my favorite books . . . “a book about loss, love and legacy with the divine hope of sovereignty of a redeeming God” (Kelly Minter). How many times do we look for someone around us, our Boaz, to help us solve our problems, to make us feel like we are worthwhile? Those around us can offer up the temporary things; only the One can give us the true refuge we need.
